Preparation: Protect Your Watch

Step‑by‑Step: Changing the Strap

  1. Identify the spring bars. Look at the lugs where the strap meets the case. Each lug holds a thin metal spring bar that secures the strap.
  2. Insert the pushers. Align the pushers with the ends of the spring bar. Gently press inward to compress the bar.
  3. Release the strap. While keeping the bar compressed, lift the strap away from the lug. The spring bar will pop out onto the tool or a soft surface.
  4. Remove the old strap. Repeat the process on the opposite side. Keep both spring bars together to avoid misplacement.
  5. Fit the new strap. Insert the spring bar into the hole of the new strap, then align it with the lug hole. Ensure the bar sits fully inside the lug.
  6. Secure the strap. Using the pushers, compress the spring bar back into the lug until you
